Our cakes
Our cakes are made from the finest ingrediants, fruit cakes are made with the finest fruit and soaked in a choice of brandy, rum or sherry. Covered with marzipan and either regalice or royal iced depending on your design.
To order a fruit cake we would ideally need at least 3 months notice to ensure that your cake is well matured.
Sponge cakes are available in vanilla , chocolate and carrot these are filled with either jam and buttercream filling or chocolate buttercream whichever you prefer. The cakes are then iced with regalice for wedding cakes, a layer of marzipan is also added underneath the regalice this helps to give aquality finish to the cakes but maybe omitted if required

When you are ready to order your wedding cake a deposit of one third of the total cost is required to secure the date for your event, your cake will be designed for you with as much input from you as possible to make sure that the cake is just as you dreamed. This deposit is non refundable and the remainder is to be paid 2 weeks before the event.
Special celebration cakes
All other occasion cakes over £50.00 - £120.00 will require a deposit of £25.00 this deposit is non refundable and the remainder to be paid in full 2 weeks before the event if by cheque or cash only on collection.
All cakes must be paid for before collection or in cash when collected / delivered.
